USTA: Visiting Team Information & Protocols

Central Park aims to provide a safe tennis environment & experience for everyone who walks through our door. In order to ensure this, please read through the below information & protocols thoroughly before your scheduled USTA match. 

• Visiting team's Captain must fill out the following form before scheduled match at CPTC: Captain's Form
• All payment for guest fees must be processed online beforehand: USTA Guest Fee Payments
