Information required includes team roster with minimum required number of CPTC members. Teams playing in leagues using three (3) courts must have at least 10 members; teams with four (4) or five (5) courts require at least 14 members. All rosters must meet minimum USTA team requirements. The recommended CPTC USTA team roster size is calculated as 2 x number of players in a match plus 2.
